4-H SPARK Club: Foraging and Cooking with Wild Foods

Reap the riches of nature's pantry! Spring is a wonderful time to forage for wild edible plants in our area, especially choice edibles such as ramp and garlic mustard. During this program youth will go on a guided walk and learn how to identify common edible plants and their preferred habitats. After the walk we will be learning how to make a "Wild Pesto" made from ramp and garlic mustard.
