Learn how to make fresh ricotta cheese & fresh pasta, turning it into your very own homemade ricotta ravioli in this hands-on workshop at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen on Monday, April 15th from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
The class includes learning the essentials of making an easy, egg-based pasta dough, how to sheet the dough, how to make ricotta cheese, and finally, how to cut your pasta into ricotta-filled ravioli. We will review ingredients, tips & tricks during the mixing and sheeting steps, learn about the endless possibilities you can make from a pasta sheet, along with the steps to make ricotta. You will go home with fresh-made ricotta raviolis, sheeted and unsheeted pasta dough, and recipes for both the ricotta and pasta/raviolis.

Tickets are $50 per person.
Participants are welcome to bring their own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy. All attendees must wear closed-toed shoes in order to participate.
Tickets may only be purchased directly from the CCE Broome County Shopify page. Personal sales and resales are not permitted or honored. Refunds are granted if we are notified at least 72 hours in advance that you cannot attend.
