Fresh Mozzarella Workshop

Learn how to make fresh mozzarella from scratch with Ann, our CCE Nutrition Educator, at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market Commercial Kitchen on Monday, April 22nd from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.

Together you will create and form delicious, homemade mozzarella step-by-step. You’ll have a warm, fresh cheese with a rich, creamy taste unlike any other to take home with you, along with the secret ingredient to make more.

The class includes a cheese tasting. You are welcome to bring your own wine or beverage of choice to enjoy.

Tickets are $40 per person.
